Reminders and Notes
You can quickly and easily add notes and schedule reminders to all contacts within the eMail CRM, by clicking on the handy blue 'ADD' button that is always on the top of your screen. Or more detailed notes can be added to specific contacts within the notes section of each contact's profile.
When creating a note, you can set a date for the system to remind you, this is done in the dashboard or via a handy eMail, direct to your inbox. This helps to ensure that you never forget to follow up on a valuable sales opportunity.
